No. Each person is permitted exactly one account on 1xlite, regardless of whether they use different mobile numbers or different personal details. KYC verification is required before your first significant withdrawal. Mobile number changes cannot be made self-service for security reasons. Contact live chat support while you still have access to your old number. You'll need to verify your identity before the change is applied. Do not wait until after you've lost access to the old number — it becomes significantly harder to verify your account without it.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to your phone within 30 seconds. Minor updates such as email address or communication preferences can be made from your account settings. Changes to core identity information — your name or date of birth — require contacting support with supporting documents, as these need to match your CNIC for KYC compliance. Deposits

1xlite accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit via mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash) is Rs 500. Bank transfers have a minimum of Rs 2,000.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your 1xlite balance within 90 seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay are same-day. IBFT bank transfers usually process within 1–2 hours during banking hours. Visa/Mastercard deposits are same-day. If a deposit hasn't appeared after the expected window, contact support via live chat with the transaction reference number from your payment app.

The minimum deposit via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay is Rs 500. For IBFT bank transfer the minimum is Rs 2,000. For Visa/Mastercard the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no minimum deposit requirement imposed on the welcome bonus — any first deposit of Rs 500 or more qualifies for the bonus.

No. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name and match the name on your 1xlite account. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. Deposits from payment accounts registered to someone else may be reversed and your account flagged for investigation. This policy protects both you and the integrity of the platform.

First, check your 1xlite cashier transaction history to confirm the deposit is not simply still processing. If more than 10 minutes have passed and it still isn't showing, contact live chat support immediately with: the mobile number you sent from, the amount, the exact time of the transaction, and the reference number from your payment app (if available). Standard accounts have a daily deposit limit which varies by payment method and account verification status. VIP accounts receive higher limits. 1xlite does not charge any fees on deposits. You receive exactly the amount you transfer. Some payment providers may charge a small fee at their end — for example, some banks charge for IBFT transfers — but 1xlite does not add any charges on top of what you send.
Withdrawals

Log in to your 1xlite account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method, enter the amount, and confirm. For first-time withdrawals, you'll need to complete KYC verification if you haven't already. Funds are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.

For verified accounts: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 5–10 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay are same-day. IBFT bank transfers take 1–2 hours during regular banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing time. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. For IBFT bank transfer, the minimum is Rs 2,000. For NayaPay and SadaPay, the minimum is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on withdrawals for fully verified VIP accounts, though standard accounts have daily limits based on verification level.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: incomplete KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, a discrepancy between the name on your payment method and your 1xlite account, or a withdrawal amount that exceeds your current daily limit. Check your cashier transaction history for a status note. If none of these apply and the withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact live chat support with your withdrawal reference number.

Withdrawals go back to the same payment method as your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This anti-money-laundering requirement protects your account. If you need to withdraw to a different method — for example, because you no longer use the original payment account — contact support with documentation explaining the change. These requests are reviewed case by case.

1xlite does not charge withdrawal fees on standard accounts. VIP accounts receive fee-free withdrawals across all methods. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own charges for receiving transfers — these are outside 1xlite's control, but most Pakistani mobile wallet providers do not charge fees for receiving incoming transfers.

Once 1xlite marks a withdrawal as approved, the funds have been released from our end. Check your Easypaisa or JazzCash app transaction history directly — sometimes notifications are delayed even when the funds have arrived. For bank transfers, check your bank statement, not just the mobile app, as some banks show incoming IBFT transfers with a 30–60 minute delay. If 3 hours have passed with no sign of the funds, contact support with the withdrawal reference number and they'll trace the payment.
Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is credited automatically after your first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more. No bonus code is required — just register, make your first deposit, and the bonus appears in your account balance shortly after the deposit is confirmed. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before the bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 using the bonus balance before you can withdraw. Wagering progress is shown in real time in My Bonuses. Different games contribute at different rates — slots typically contribute 100%, while some table games contribute less. Bonuses cannot generally be reinstated after expiry — bonus expiry dates exist specifically to prevent indefinite accumulation of bonus funds. However, if you believe you were unable to use the bonus due to a technical issue on 1xlite's side, contact support within 24 hours of the expiry with details of the issue. These cases are reviewed on an individual basis.

No — bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Your real-money balance (separate from the bonus balance) is always withdrawable subject to normal verification requirements. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the bonus and its associated winnings will be forfeited. The cashier shows both your real money and bonus balance separately so you always know what's available.

Share your unique referral code — found on the Refer a Friend page — with friends who haven't yet registered on 1xlite. When they register using your code and complete a qualifying first deposit, both you and your referred friend receive a bonus. The cash out feature lets you settle a bet before the match ends, for a value calculated based on current odds at the time of cash out. If your bet is in a winning position, you can lock in a profit before the final result. If your bet is at risk, you can cash out for a partial return rather than losing the full stake. Cash out is available on eligible markets and the current cash out value is shown on your open bets list.

The minimum single bet on sports markets at 1xlite is Rs 50. Accumulator bets (parlays combining multiple selections) also have a minimum of Rs 50 total stake. There is no minimum per-leg requirement on accumulators, but each leg must include valid odds. Maximum bet limits vary by market, match, and your account status.

If a match is postponed before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes are returned to your account. If a match is abandoned during play, settlement depends on how many minutes were completed. For most markets, a match must reach at least 90 minutes of official playing time (or the full scheduled duration for T20 cricket) to be settled. An accumulator combines multiple bet selections into one bet. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. The odds of each selection are multiplied together, which can produce much higher returns than singles — but also means a single incorrect selection loses the entire bet. 1xlite allows accumulators of up to 15 selections. Minimum 2 selections required for an accumulator.

Settled bets are paid out to your account balance within 5 minutes of final result confirmation. For live markets, settlement happens within 15 minutes of the relevant event concluding. If your bet shows as "settled" on your bet history but the funds haven't appeared in your balance after 30 minutes, contact live chat support with the bet ID number. Include the match, market, and stake amount to help us trace it quickly.
